Ricky Stuart: My ultimate NSW State of Origin 13
ORIGIN players are different from your normal, garden variety player.
And so when I was asked to pick my best Origin 13 ahead of this month’s 100th State of Origin game I knew more than anything it was going to give me a king-sized headache.
These players aren’t necessarily the best in their position, or even in the position they play best. But they are Origin players, down to the bone.
Obviously, I’ve had to leave a lot of good players out to settle in this final 13 but, as they say, the quality of this side is measured by the quality of player I have had to leave out.
