Sydney Roosters half-back Mitchell Pearce arrested in Kings Cross following altercation outside a nightclub
Sydney Roosters half-back Mitchell Pearce was arrested in Kings Cross in the early hours of this morning following an altercation outside a nightclub.
Reports suggest authorities were called to an establishment on Roslyn Street shortly after 1:30am.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Pearce became argumentative with police when asked to leave the club.
He was subsequently arrested and taken to Kings Cross police station where he was handed an infringement notice.
He has also been banned from Kings Cross for 48 hours.
